"I drive that. I tell my son, I was like, you know, mama drives trucks like that."

They both do. They 1have quite a lot in common.

"We just tell everybody call us twins. We’ve been called twins our whole life she... when we were young, we thought twins was actually our name."

And the twins have 2made history. They are the first women at the 3huge Atlanta hub of UPS to become on-road supervisors. They 4train the drivers of these big 5rigs.

"I can’t 6express how proud I am. It was an honor. It has been an honor to work with them."

Kimberly Smith says this year marks 100 years of women in the ranks of UPS. Today women with the company work in every 7role, including the CEO. Allison and Brittany say they love their role.

"Who drives better?" - "I would say we’re the same. We’re the same."

"It’s great working together. We ride together to work, train together, we do all that together. It’s just fun."
