61-year-old Dominic Santana was 3released from jail Wednesday morning after being 4arrested at the 5federal courthouse in downtown Miami.
“I was 6running away from the 7mob that was hitting me, and I just 8dodged for my 9safety. And all of a sudden there's the 10motorcade and there's my sign. And then I 11got tackled down.”
Video shows Santana jumping in front of Donald Trump's motorcade as the former president was leaving his 12arraignment Tuesday. Santana says it was important he got his message across. The poster said, lock him up.
“Was it important to you that he saw your sign?”
“Absolutely. And he did.”
Santana also tells us he doesn't plan to stop 13protesting anytime soon.
“No, I'm not done. It's just the beginning. Next time I'll wear an orange one because that's what's inside. This is 14out of date.”
The historic day in downtown Miami brought hundreds of 15protesters.
“What Romney down here was to support the king.”
“He's a rat.”
It was controlled chaos outside the courthouse as the former president was being 16arraigned on charges of 17mishandling 18classifieddocuments.
