Now, in announcing a new lawsuit today, 6attorney Arnold Reed claims that staff at the Walter Reuther Hospital 7encouraged the 15-year-old patient to 8act out that day. 

"She was used, she was made to be the enforcer. She was made to 9keep people in line and this was by staff." 

In addition to a $100 million lawsuit 10filed earlier this year 11on behalf of the 12abuse victim, Reed is now filing a $50 million claim on behalf of the alleged abuser. 

Her mother spoke today. 

"Now she is a very different kid. She's very 13aggressive, very angry. Angry towards our family, angry towards other kids." 

Earlier this year, the State Department of Health and Human Services said that an investigation into the attack led to one employee's 14dismissal, 15prompted another to 16resign before they could be dismissed and a third was suspended. 

Reed says the young boy suffered brain damage as a result of the attack. At today's press conference, Reed claimed the 15-year-old girl was routinely used by staff as an enforcer inside the hospital. Though he did not share new evidence today, he 17insists it's 18forthcoming. 

"We have been 19conducting an investigation and we've talked to people who will back that up, who have witnessed it and who will testify to that."
