I’m only sixteen, my life has just started and how am I suppose to know what love is?

My first love, I will always remember it as clear as day. He said for always, I said forever. We got along perfectly just him and me. We saw a future, potential, maybe even a family.

He said I love you, but what did he mean? We talked everyday he’d always check on me, no fighting, just love and glee.

I remember the day December 25 I got a phone call but he wasn’t the same. He didn’t say why but he ended things. I whispered ok and cried for days.

Here I am six months later still waiting to see him come back to me. This I believe first love will always be with me.First
