When The Going Gets Tough, The Tough Get Going. I believe that everything happens for a reason. All of the good and bad things that one person will experience over their life time will turn out good and they will realize that everything happens for a reason; and people will start to realize this later on in life. Sometimes life might not seem fair and sometimes it might seem like your getting the short end of the stick, but it will turn out for the better. I believe that people can learn from the bad things that happen to them and use that information to turn it into a good thing. I believe that when a bad thing happens it is not to punish someone and make them miserable, it is a tool that people can use and learn from in order to make their life more enjoyable in the end. I am lucky enough to have learned this early on in my life. I have been through things in my life that I thought was a way of God punishing me. But then I realized that God was by my side and helped me get through everything I have been through. In my case, it took my brother getting into a major car accident and totaling his truck for me to realize this. The cops and paramedics looked at the destroyed truck and claimed that it truly was a ¡°miracle¡± that he was still alive. It took this horrible experience for my brother and I to learn never to drink and drive, and to always wear a seat belt. Bad things happen to make a person stronger. People learn lessons and become stronger when they are faced with life changing experiences or hard times. It is just a matter of time after something bad happens that something will go your way. Some people get depressed and upset when they lose someone close to them; whether it is a parent, a spouse, or just someone that made an impact on your life. This is obviously something that is very hard to deal with and it might not be fair, but people have to accept that tragedy and are forced to move on. Those people may not be there with them anymore but they will always be in their hearts. I believe that it is important to move on and keep life going. Never forget an experience like that. But take it, accept it, and learn from it. That is the way life is. I believe that life might not always seem fair and some may think that bad things only happen to them. God only gives challenges to strong people that he knows will be able to handle them. Bad things make people stronger; and ¡°only the strong survive¡±.
